HANKEY

HANKEY is a hymn tune in 7.6.7.6 D with refrain, composed by W. G. Fischer (1835–1912) (1869). In a hymnal the tune has a name of its own, printed in capitals, because the same music carries many texts: any hymn written in its meter can be sung to it.

In this library it is the tune for 1 hymn, listed below, and 4 more texts in the same meter can be sung to it.
